تشرف نادي قضاة المغرب بدعوتكم ودعوة كل المنابر الاعلامية الوطنية والدولية لحضور الوقفة الوطنية الثانية للقضاة بالبذل أمام وزارة العدل والحريات بالرباط يوم السبت 08 فبراير 2014 على الساعة العاشرة صباحا. من أجل :

• اقرار نصوص تنظيمية ضامنة للاستقلال الفعلي والحقيقي للسلطة القضائية
• تكريس مساواة القضاة في تدبير وضعياتهم الفردية أمام المجلس الأعلى للقضاء
• المطالبة بحماية القضاة و ضمان استقلالهم المالي

اللجنة التنظيمية

Le Club des magistrats du Maroc a l’honneur de vous inviter ainsi que tous les médias nationaux et internationaux au « deuxième setting national des Magistrates et Magistrats en uniforme » devant le siège du ministère de la Justice et des Libertés à la Mamounia à Rabat le samedi 8 Février 2014 à partir de dix heures du matin.

Cet événement est organisé au sujet de la revendication des juges marocains de textes réglementaires garants de la dignité et de l’indépendance effective et réelle de l'autorité judiciaire.

Il est aussi l’occasion pour demander l'égalité de de traitement juges dans leurs situations administratives et disciplinaires devant le Conseil supérieur de la magistrature actuel et à venir pour réclamer la protection des juges durant et à l’occasion de l’exercice de leur fonctions et pour assurer leur indépendance financière.

Club magistrates of Morocco has the honor to invite you and all the national and international media "second national setting of Magistrates and Judges in uniform" outside the headquarters of the Ministry of Justice and Freedoms to Mamounia in Rabat Saturday, February 8, 2014 from ten in the morning.

This event is held on the claim Moroccan judges regulations guarantee the dignity and genuine and effective independence of the judiciary.

It is also an opportunity to ask the judges equal treatment in administrative and disciplinary cases before the Superior Council of Magistracy current and future demand for the protection of judges and the opportunity to exercise their functions and to ensure their financial independence.
